At TØTE®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original TØTE® packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
